Questions

Good to know.

Do I need an account?

No. Open the planner and start. An account is only needed if you want to save your plan to the cloud and open it on another device. There’s no password: we email you a 6-digit code to enter in the planner.

Where is my guest list stored?

In your browser, on your device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to save to the cloud. You can download a backup file at any time. See our privacy page for the details.

I signed in but can’t see my plan

Plans you make before signing in are saved in the browser you made them in, on that computer. Open that same browser, sign in there, and choose “Save this plan to the cloud”. After that it’s in your account and you can open it anywhere.

Can I import from my RSVP website or a spreadsheet?

Yes. Any CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file works. You’ll match columns like name, party, meal and dietary needs, and review the changes before anything is added.

Can I print the seating plan?

Yes. Export the floor plan as a PNG or a PDF, at up to three times normal resolution for crisp printing.

What’s on the guest page, and who can see it?

Only what guests need: names, tables and the room map. Meals, allergies and notes are never on it; those go on a separate private link for your caterer. The page has its own unlisted address, is hidden from search engines, and is switched off 30 days after your wedding.

What if we change seats on the day?

Update your plan and your guest page is refreshed to match. The QR sign only has your names and the code on it, so there’s nothing to reprint.

Do you print things for us?

Signature gives you print-ready files for your welcome sign, name cards and table numbers to print wherever you like. Bespoke includes printing. Premium finishes such as foil, letterpress or acrylic are quoted separately.

Do we still choose the seating with Bespoke?

Yes. We set up your guest list and room and design everything with you, but every seating decision stays yours.

How far ahead should we book Bespoke?

We take on a few Bespoke weddings each month, so the earlier the better. Four weeks or more before your wedding leaves time for the brief, two rounds of changes and printing. Get in touch if your date is sooner.

Does it work on an iPad or phone?

It works in any modern browser. A laptop or iPad is the most comfortable size for arranging tables.
